As Piramide Sol Guest please keep in mind there may be some exclusive services for Hotel guests.
Each unit at the Condominium is private owned and belong to different owners.
Please ask your Host for specific information and rules that apply on each apartment or room.
Bellow you will find rules and important information to take in consideration during your stay.
Arrival &
Transportation
The condominium is located inside the PARK ROYAL BEACH hotel, right in front of LA ISLA shopping Village. The address is Boulevard Kukulcán Km 12.5, Zona Hotelera, Cancun. When you arrive at the Park Royal Cancun hotel, tell the security employee that you are going to stay at Piramide Sol building. If you come by car you can approach the building while do the checkin and ask for a car tag that you must display at the dashboard. Ask security employee where to park. Parking is included in the resort fee but is subject to availability.

For your convenience, there is an Airport-Condominium-Airport transportation through a third company that provides this service to our guests at a cost per trip of $800 MXN for up to 8 people. You must request it at least 72 hours in advance at the following link: Transportation
You will also find Taxis available at the Resort, request it from the hotel bellboy.
Check in & Check out
Regardless of what time your apartment or room will be ready, you can do the check in and wait in the common areas of the resort until the unit is ready. Please do not enter the unit until the time indicated by your host. The day of your departure you need to vacate the unit at the time indicated by your host, also you will be able to stay after in the resort and do the check out before your departure.
Check in Check out will be available 24/7 at Piramide Luna Lobby (left building)
Please fill out the online check-in form provided by your Host prior to your arrival and preferably no later than 24 hours in advance. Minimum age to do the checkin is 18 years old. An official identification will be required for all adults. An access wristband may be provided for each guest, if so please take care of them as the hotel charges a $250 MXN fee for each wristband lost. No more guests will be allowed than the number of guests in your reservation. It is worth mentioning that the hotel does not provide bell boy service, however if you need to store your luggage in a safe place, we provide a warehouse for this purpose, ask the concierge.
Wifi
Wifi is provided by the hotel and it's included in the resort fee. It works almost in all areas of the resort. To connect look for the PARK ROYAL network. A hotel page will automatically prompt (it takes a few seconds) then at the bottom of that page select I HAVE A CODE and enter the code Piramides19

If service is down please report it to your host so she or he can report it to the hotel's maintenance.
Food & Beverages
Almost all apartments at the Condo have Kitchenettes but the kind of equipment and appliances varies on each unit. If you wish to consume food or beverages in the hotel's restaurants or bars, you must purchase a food and beverage package, please ask for the prices at the reception upon arrival. Packages are sold at Hotel Front Desk and are subject to availability. Hotel does not provide room service. You can bring snacks & beverages from your unit in a small cooler or thermal bag ONLY TO THE BEACH. For your convenience at the shopping mall across the street you will find many restaurant options.
Cleaning &
Care of the units
The Hotel does NOT offer cleaning service. Cleaning of your unit will be performed by the cleaning employees of the unit owner before your arrival. Daily Cleaning is not included in your rental. If you need an extra cleaning it has additional cost and must be requested in advance to your host. Subject to Availability. If during your stay you want to take out accumulated garbage you can leave it in closed plastic bags inside the room that does not have a number and has the sign "staff only - Solo personal autorizado" at the same floor of your unit.
We fumigate the Condo every two weeks but as we are in the Caribbean if you detect any insects inside your unit, let your host know as soon as possible so we can ask someone to apply insecticide.

It is the guests’ obligation to inform the host of any lost/damaged/broken items.Guests are expected to leave the unit in a reasonable state for cleaning and in similar conditions on which it was delivered upon Check-in.
Towels
The hotel does not provide towels to condominium guests. Body and pool towels will be inside the unit. Body towels cannot be used in the pools or beach, you can only use the towels intended for this, and you must return them to your apartment or room before leaving the beach or the pool since the hotel will not be responsible for recovering them. Towels are not floor mats or for cleaning shoes or makeup, therefore, please abstain from leaving them on the floor and/or stepping on them. There could be an extra fee at Check Out if we find these items to be dirtier than normal or missing.
Air conditioning
Water supply &
Electricity.
Please do not turn off the air conditioning, and keep all windows and doors closed, otherwise the cold water pipe can condense and cause a leak. Just regulate the temperature or intensity with the buttons on the thermostat.
The air conditioning, water and electricity services are provided by the hotel. In case there is any failure on any of these services please immediately notify your host so that she or he can report it to the hotel's maintenance.
Restrictions & liability
NO SMOKING: We inform you that the hotel and the condominium are "SMOKE FREE", however, for your convenience there are several points located in public areas. If you smoke inside the condominium, the disinfection process will cost you $125 USD.

NO PETS ALLOWED

PARTIES. It is strictly forbidden to throw any parties in the Condominium and the surrounding public areas. If this rule is broken, the guests could be expelled from the property without any reimbursements.
VISITORS. In case of having more people staying in the room than the ones stated in the reservation without priorly informing the host, the guests could be expelled from the property without any reimbursements. You can have visitors only during the day but they will be subject to pay a Day Pass at the hotel front desk (subject to availability and previous notification to your host).

DAMAGES Please take care of the property in general and especially of the unit as if they were yours. There will be a fee according to the value of every damage, or for anything missing or broken. Please make reasonable use of all the electronic equipment and make sure you don’t leave anything on when you go out specially the stove. By Mexican laws there may be criminal or civil liability for damage to property or the property of others.

DRUGS OR FIRE ARMS: In Mexico it is prohibited the use or sell of ilegal substances and fire arms. In case guests incur in any criminal activities, we will call the authorities.
