As our guest you have access to a series of facilities listed bellow and that are included in the Resort Fee. Please keep in mind there may be some exclusive services for Hotel guests such as daily cleaning or towel service. Beach Front
The condominium has direct access to the beach, which has palapas available for our guests. No reservation required. It is recommended to go down to the beach early since the palapas are assigned as guests arrive and are subject to availability.

Family Pool
At this pool families can enjoy a great time together. As Guest of the Condo you can use the sun beds. No reservation needed. Subject to availability, Open from 8 am to 8pm.

Adults Pool
Authentic Mayan Ruins
You can visit Yamil Lu'um, the archaeological remains of a small Mayan temple from the 13th century on top of a mound facing the beach within the same Condominium property. Open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Kids Club
Enjoy with your partner or your friends, while your children have fun in the Kids Club located next to the children's pool and the Water Park. Open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

As condominium Guest you can acquire Food and Drinks Packages in order to consume at the All Inclusive Restaurants or Bars at the Resort. Subject to Availability. For more Information please ask your Concierge
or at Front Desk. Also you will find a lot of restaurant options just across the street at La Isla Shopping Village.
Gym
As condominium Guest you can pay for the Gym access at $6 USD per person per day. Subject to Availability. Adults Only. For more Information please ask your Concierge
or at Front Desk in advance since a reservation may be needed .
