CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS

 

Cleaning is scheduled at the time you selected on the pre-checkin form, so please leave the unit at that time. A copy of the pre-checkin form was sent to your email after filling it so you can double check the departure time selected in it. If you plan to leave before or after the selected time you must notify your host the previous day before 10 pm, so we can reschedule cleaning. According to the condominium rules, a penalty of $20 USD for each 15 minutes delay may apply.

Before leaving the accommodation please check the Safe Box is Open, do not turn off the air conditioning, don't forget to leave inside all the towels provided upon arrival and don't forget any of your belongings. Then just close and lock the door. No one will receive the accommodation. If you are leaving the resort at that time you need to pass by the front desk to return the bracelets.

If you plan to leave the resort later, you can stay in the common areas until 3:00 p.m., in this case do not return the bracelets until you are about to leave the resort. (The hotel bellboy can store your luggage if space in luggage room is available, but we cannot guarantee this and are not responsible for it.)

If you have consumed any of the drinks, snacks, or other products available, for your convenience we will send you the breakdown after departure and the condominium will charge the card on file or deduct them from the deposit. You can check the prices by scanning the QR code that is next to the products and on the refrigerator door.

If you want to take out the trash you can placed it in plastic bags and leave it inside the room that says "staff only"
